Negative Balance

Hello I am not using my account these days , and not ordered a new debit card but I checked my account , it shows negative balance ( last time when I logged in it was around $3, some months before ) .. i think they are deducting maintenance charges I am not planned yet to order ,so what should I do ? should I delete the account or what , as it will increase with the time

Hi,
The card will not go deeper into a negative balance. You can contact support and ask them to cancel your account.
