No replacement card after 3 months

Hello, I wonder if anyone is working in the support team, my card has expired on may. Back then (since March) I requested a replacement card but it never arrived. After opening many support tickets, I "got the chance" to request a new card two weeks ago. It still does not arrive. It seems that once again I will not receive it. In addition to that, I am receiving an email stating that my account will not longer receive payments because of my expired card. Since nobody takes care of support tickets, I hope someone working for payoneer could contact me. I want to cancel my account but without losing the money that I already have.
