    Standard chartered
    09/08/2012
    $333

the total amount in my card was $516, but the atm refused to let me withdraw any more than rs. 30,000. Does anyone know which bank doesn't have this restriction on withdrawing more than a certain amount in one go?

I have to withdraw a a fairly large amount this time and every time we slide the card inside the slot, the bank charges $3 or $4 I guess.

Has anyone tried barclays or HSBC for an amount more than 30,000 rupees?

@ writerone, Im sure you didn't get the exchange rate at 83 rupees, but you probably just activated your payoneer card so they deducted the activation fees of $30. The next time you withdraw cash, it will be exactly what you expect it to be.

EDIT : After atm error at mcb, which I normally used for cash withdrawl, I tried CitiBank atm first time and successfully withdrawn $86. :-)

Someone in the this forum posted that he has also withdrawn from samba bank. Samba bank has branches in Karachi, Lahore and islamabad. http://pak.samba.com/english/Common/HTML/BRANCH_01_08_EN.HTML

There are only few atms of citibank, but as a last option you can travel to your near city and withdraw amount. http://www.citi.com/pakistan/consumer/customerserv/atm_location.htm

I hope this problem will be solve as soon as possible.

Anyone has information that how much Faysal Bank account holder or other local bank account holder can withdraw from faysal ATM? I last time tried to withdraw Rs 8500 from MCB but got error.

Fayasal Bank accept from Rs.500 to Rs.10000

Payoneer's Master Card is going to useless in Pakistan because only bank which is working Fayasal with limit of 10k pkr, which means if i have more than $3K and i want to withdraw it, about 30 trx are required. on Per trx (3%[low conversion rate] + 3 USD + bank fee) will charged.

IT MEANS PAYONEER'S MASTER CARD IS GOING USELES in PAKISTAN,
  • Shoaib HassanShoaib Hassan Member Posts: 2
I made a transaction from Citibank and it works fine but the problem is Citibank is not in every city so i have to travel 100km away to withdraw money. So yes payoneer is becoming useless in Pakistan.Payoneer have to do something.

I think Standard Chartered is the best to withdraw cash from payoneer as it has a limit of RS 30,000 for a single withdrawal. According to other experiences mentioned here, most banks have a lower limit.

    Standard chartered
    19-11-2012
    approx $ 1,200
    PKR 108,000

I had to make 4 transactions though. Just kept putting the card straight back in after each 30,000 withdrawal. Didnt encounter any issues.

Foreign exchange conversion rates are determined by MasterCard and computed at the time of the transaction. Payoneer deducted card activation fee. Login into your payoneer account and view your transaction history.

My last withdrawl was from CitiBank (Rs. 8,000 = $86.39 excluding $3.15 atm fee) and exchange rate was Rs. 92.60. Before this transaction my previous withdrawl was from MCB at exchange rate Rs. 89 in the month Sep 2012.

    Amount: $180 @ 91 PKR

I withdraw from Faysal bank twice

First time i withdraw 80usd and then second time 70usd, I had no problem with it. The only list of banks supported by MasterCard in my area are,

Payoneer is really awesome. Before my clients had to send me western union and i was not able to receive 2 payments in 1 day. So by using this payoneer i can take multiple payments

You can use it at the ATM just like any other debit MasterCard card. You will need your 4-digit PIN (that you set up during the card activation).

Make sure that the card is loaded with funds before you try to withdraw, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount + any transaction fees.

Recetly i withdraw Cash From Payoneer Master Card through ATM, in Pakistan.

    319$ = 30000

    319$ = 30000

    6 February 2013!

(SCB)Standard Charted Bank, i think this is best rate in pakistan, cos i also use other ATM Machine like CITI Bank or MCB bank, they have limited withdraw like not more then 20000 per transection, but (SCB)Standard Charted Bank, gave to their customers 30000 per transection!

    Thank you!

In Pakistan, i think their is only 3 banks who withdraw Payment from payoneer Master Card,

    1 - (SCB)Standard Charted Bank

    2 - MCB Bank

    3 - Citi Bank

I personally Use all Bank ATM, they all withdraw payment from payoneer Card. (100% True)

(SCB)Standard Charted Bank is the best cos they gave to their customers 30000 per transection! not other bank!

If your Card can,t didn't accept, may be their is another issue, make sure, your card is activated, or have Good number of amount in the card.

Hare is snapshot of my latest transection page as a proof for you! i hope it will help!
