Logging In With Wrong Details.

I have been trying to login into my account for the past 6 days but the feedback says I have put in the wrong details. Which I am very sure is not the case because attempt to use the forgot password option gives me the same answer which means I cannot remember my e-mail and date of birth. What else can I do to get my case addressed. I tried the live chart but it's always not available and email is in auto response which doesn't solve the problem either.
