my payment is reversed to the Prestoexperts "Inactive Payee"

hi... Assalam... Can any one from Pakistan guide me that I have created an account here and the funding source I have selected was bank transfer. my payment was deducted on 1/4/17 and today i get the email that my payment is reversed due to the status of "Inactive payee"
when i checked further I came to know that prestoexperts funding source is prepaid card. Any one who can guide me in this regard?

    SOHA W.Salaam , Here i add information regarding your issue which is that you can receive funds through approved partners of Payoneer through US,GBP,EURO Global Payment service. Meanwhile "request a payment" in the shape of sending invoice and "Make a Payment" in the shape of card to card is also available at payoneer side. You should ask to payoneer thrugh customer support about "prestoexperts" that whether they are approved partners of payoneer or not.

    Contact Payoneer Customer care and see if your card or bank transfer payment service method is set up and approved as this may explain why you received a message stating that the payee is inactive.

    Actually Prestoexperts gave the option for Pakistani experts to switch payment method from wire transfer to Payoneer. I was already in the way to create an account here but with Bank account transfer method. the funding source Prestoexperts are telling is repaid Card . Which is beyond my limitations now.... I have been contacting the customer care and every time they ask me for the method and then disappears. and my payment is reversed to prestoexperts.

    My Bank account details are approved but I cannot see the options as shown in their videos.

    SOHA here i understand  Soha that if Prestoexperts are offering to send your payment via payoneer so  payment shoould be received in your payoneer account and after then you have choice to withdraw your money via ATM as well as Bank Wire Transfer system both options offered by Payoneer but first & important thing is that funds should receive to your payoneer account by Prestoexperts . So can you please let me know that have you generated your payoneer account an if yes so its details ( User name -e-mail) may be given to Prestoexperts. If yes so there should be ZERO issue for receiving payment at your end in payoneer, but if still you are unable to receive payment so i understand that there is technical issue at Prestoexperts side instead of payoneer. Because in the said situation  funds are not available at Payoneer side.
