Hello! Firstly I'd like to thank you guys for putting out an app very much needed and appreciated! Here is my issue

 

Flow: I load the app I then see:

I hit OK and then I am forever stuck at this screen:

I am running on an LG Optimus V from Virgin Mobile on Gingerbread, which was supported on Google Store when I installed it, but how now been labeled 'not supported for my device' any help is appreciated, I really 'need' this app lol! Thank You!  :rock:

    The same thing happened to me. I have an LG Motion 4G MS770, Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.

    My issue is as following:

     

    When I launch the app, I got this message "Server Error : Invalid Input". When I hit "OK" I am forever stuck at the loading screen.

     

    I've tried several times, I got the same thing. I even uninstall and reinstall, I still hae the same issue.

     

    Mi device is an LG Motion 4G MS770 with Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). I am in Dominican Repulic.

    But I am using "Symphony W50" android (2.3 Gingerbread) and no problem.
    As your error is inavalid input please double check your input and ramember that your email address is your Payoneer username.

    Same problem, "Server Error : Invalid Input" And yes When I hit "OK" I am forever stuck at the loading screen.

     

    My device is The Samsung Galaxy S4 Running on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). I am from Bangladesh.

    Have same problem
    Acer A100, Android 4.0.3

    _Probably_  using ADBlock can be reason, but other app have access to internet

    Same problem on Phillips xenium w336, android 4.0.4, using wifi or 3g connection.

    I have this error...

     

    Server Error | The server is not responding please try again.

     

    Android Version : 4.1.1

     

    Tablet: TechPad Xtab 781 1GB Ram

    When loading the app, I get a popup from the app that says "Server Error: Invalid Input"

     

    If I click OK, the app just sits there indefinitely in "loading" state with the time circle spinning.

     

    Installed on USA Verizon Droid Bionic running Android 4.1.2 The error occurs on WiFi and on 4G network.

    So far known devices with this issue:


    • LG Optimus V : GB
    • Symphony W50 : GB
    • Verizon Droid Bionic : JB

    No word from Dev's yet unfortunately.

    Excited about the app wished I could actually check it out but I am also having the same problem."Server Error : Invalid Input" Please try again later. I am from Barbados in the West Indies,Caribbean my devcie is a

    I am using Google Nexus 7. I have never been able to use Android's app, that I installed yesterday. As soon as I start the application, I get the following error:

    After I click on "OK" button, the screen changes to following and it remains like this forever:

    I just upgraded from Android 4.2 to Android 4.3 and the problem is still there.

    Thanks so much for posting. I've passed this on to our mobile app team and hopefully we will have an update available soon with a fix for this issue.
