Process for choosing the winners

Hi Payoneer Movie Makers,
 
Firstly I want to thank all of you for your hard work so far and I am looking forward to seeing more movies!  Get your friends to make some movies.
 
I just want to clarify how we are going to process the winners of the contest. The point of this contest is to give power to the people and let the community vote on the best movie however we are looking for a winner who makes a high quality movie, with good content, creativity and follows the guidelines of the contest. We will be choosing the winners after the voting is closed and we will be making sure that the winning videos include all the guidelines set out in the contest instructions.

All votes count on the selection?, I mean good, regular and "no, sorry" votes count up?
 
I hope not being so "picky" with my insistence...   ;-)

I just would like the winner (no matter if I am or not) is the one with a very nice video. The purpose of this content should NOT let win a video just because it has the highest votes!, so I'm glad the final decision is on Payoneer, after considering all the factors you mentioned.
 
Contestants, please don't post "whatever" video just to come up with "something"!!!! All of we should work hard on our production so we can offer something nice to watch to the public! Let's enjoy this (don't do it just for the money!), and produce nice and enjoyable videos!

Yes, it is obvious that the votes for the "best video" should count much more that vote for the "worst video" as it is obvious someone has mobilized lots of negative clicks on competition videos..
a very deceptive, negative but obvious strategy.

Okay Allan that's another good point. More than that, we are actually having fun making these videos for Payoneer not only to win money but also for me to make people and friends from my country " Morocco " and other countries to vote and to discover the great services that Payoneer offer to their clients and members. So hope Payoneer consider everything whether it is small or big, bad or good because in the end we all gonna win.

All votes are valid now so start voting.
You can resubmit as many times as you want but the voting will be reset each time.

As i know Juan resubmit his video but his vote will not reset.

Post a short video that shows how you use your card and win $1000! The 2nd place winner gets $300 and the 3rd place winner gets $200.  The video with the most votes wins.

What should the movie include?

• Who you are
• Where you live (let’s not get too specific, please - safety first)
• What you did before the card
• How the card helps you
• Show the world your card but do not show your card number (again, safety first)

I think all videos posted here by Allan is qualified to win ,
if their videos you think not qualified remove it as soon as possible..for them not to waste time promoting payoneer master cards.
What if time comes that their videos got top on poll voting? But the admin don't like their video and they rather select those videos that they like but not on top on the poll votes?

All I want to know is who decide to choose the winner?
the top votes of the viewers but the admin dont like thier video?
or the choice of the admin but not on top votes?

I totaly agree with you " guest " because once the video has accepted by Allan I think it should be qualified to win as you said, meanwhile if it is not qualified the administrator shouldn't accept it and like this the maker will have the time to make another one. And about the process for choosing the winners is already mentioned " The video with the most votes wins ".
And about Juan you are right he resubmit his video but his vote will not reset even it was mentioned in the rules that who resubmit his video the votes will be reset each time. All what I wish is this poll goes fairly without favorism because we trust Payoneer.

Hi all,
Our motivation is to intervene as little as possible in the process of choosing the winner, we want the community to choose the winner based on the quality of the video and creativity.
However, in order to “protect” the producers and encourage them to create quality videos we as Payoneer will have a weight  in the overall votes, naturally our votes will be transparent to the community and ideally will not change anything.

About the resubmitting the videos. In the beginning I was not sure that I was going to be able to the update technically but now that I am able to do so you can ask me to update the video for minor changes. JAS just cut some dead time out between frames etc. If you are planning on changing the whole video you can just submit a whole new one.
