Card activated, but no funds loaded from old card to new one - Tuesday, June 29, 2010 12:46 PM ( #1 )
Hi there! I have contacted the support team but received no answer. Activated my new card on June 26, the system showing a blank screen on activation, and funds haven't been transferred to my new card yet. Both accounts show zero balance! My ticket number is LTK145022724636X.

Hello, 
i have the same problem as well. I got my new card on 07/08/10. I have activated it at once. I got a message that saying 'the previous card's balance will be transfered to the new card's balance automatically, within two hours' however it has been more than one week and it hasn't happened! My previous (it is expired in May) card's balance is still standing and my new card's balance is still zero. I sent two messages via payoneer support but i haven't got any message from payoneer about this problem. Because of my previous card  is expired i can't use it and i really need that money urgently. So i am hopping that i can find an answer in this forum! My contact tickets are LTK145022957756X and LTK145023065630. Please somebody helps me!

Hi Allan,

Can you please help me check on my issue?  ticket code is LTK145021911695X.  That was about two months ago and I've sent several emails after that to get a status but no reply. I hope the message was going through.


Appreciate any help in resolving this issue.


Basically, it another card that would be tied to a second 2CO account.  I am one of the first few users of this card and among the first to use the virtual bank service too! :)


The experience has been wonderful and the savings has been phenomenal when compared to what we were experiencing before using the card (no more late checks or lost wires)

Hello,
At least i got a respond from payoneer on 07/19. They said that the transfer has been made and it will be seen within two hours in my account. However it has been two days and the transfer hasn't happened yet. My new card's balance is still zero. I sent a message about that issue and no respond as usual. I really don't understand how difficult to make this transfer? Why is it taking that long? My last ticket number is LTK145023065630X. I have doubts about payoneer used my money and trying to save time until they put my money back. I am tired to look at my account continuously...
