I have an issue and I need your help to solve this issue.
(1) My card was issued to expire on October 2012
(2) You asked me to request a new card so as you can verify my identity as per USA new rules
(3) Today, I got some money I was waiting to request a fast shipping of this new card with Fedex
(4) Your system is saying my card cannot be loaded
(5) But today is not 30th
So I sent you a lot of emails and some requests via your support form and still no reply. I just need to hear from you to fix this issue but will be hard if you cannot reply. Maybe all support team is on holidays? It's an urgent need
as I have some bills waiting can you tell me how can I reach you so that you can send me this new card?
