From 2checkout, I've withdrawed 190$ USD and there were 10$ USD in my card before. But now after the money has been loaded to my payoneer account, its showing 178$
Why my money is less then the amount I loaded ? and where are my 10$ which I have in my card before this ??

Hi,
Your account was charged a $20 annual fee for the US Payment Service. To view a complete list of all debits and credits made to your account, you can visit your My Account page at: https://myaccount.pa...ogin/Login.aspx
Once you sign in, simply go to "Account Information" and select "View Transactions."
