Hi,
I was in a research study and they paid me via a payoneer card. I also have a payoneer card of my own. Is the card for the clinical trial any different? Can I use it the same? What happens if I lose it?

The card you received is pre-activated with a set amount pre-loaded (determined by the clinical research organization or hospital). It cannot be used for cash withdrawals.
If you happen to lose the card, simply contact the clinical research organization or hospital who gave you the card and they will begin the process of issuing you a new card.
Thanks
