The Global Payment Service (a set of local receiving accounts in USD, EUR and other currencies) is currently unavailable for new customers in your country.

If you're unable to order the card still it means that you did not receive qualifying payments. Only certain kinds of payments that you receive will count towards the card. For example, payments that you get from a funding source will count towards the card. Meanwhile, payments from other Payoneer users will not.

@slienhard If you are applying directly from our website, no it is not required. It is only offered as an alternative method of withdrawing your earnings. Some companies you register through require a Payoneer card as the default withdrawal method
