    Hi sir,

    I requested a payment a week ago from my client. They paid the amount but despite that I have not received the amount yet. It says "payment is being processed" with the ETA 1-5 days max. Today counts as the 7th day and I have no idea why I am not getting the payment. Kindly help me out because the live chat is not assigning me an agent to talk to, nor am I getting any email support.

    I applied to open an account on 18/8/2020. I took all the necessary steps for that, I received an email from you that the request will be reviewed within 3 working days, But until today ( 1/9/2020 ) I haven't received any response, whether its accepted or rejected, And my global payment service option is not available in my account. Please help in this issue

    I have a problem with my account as I can't seem to add a bank account. It says " You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us". I tried to contact via email, and I get auto response email. I tried to do live chat, it says chat has been cancelled, I wrote on social media no answers.... What am I supposed to do?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    please I am contacting you since long time and there is no actual replay, I ended up with auto replay I need to change my USD bank account details to Community Federal Saving Bank. because i have amount of money on my PayPal account and i want to transfer it to Payoneer

    Dear valentino_Payoneer,

    Mi customer ID is 39276585. I setup a payoneer account in order to be able to receive a payment for a consulting work I done for a UK company. They made the payment via a local bank transfer 6 business days ago and I it still haven't been process. I already send 3 messesges to customer service but I only receive automatic responses. The reference number of those consults sre: 200812-012789, 200812-013180 and 200813-018499.

    When I open a discussion in the forum, the discussion was closed after a response from your user. I try contacting customer service by phone but they reply that that service was no available for my account.

    بطاقه بيونير لم تصل الا الان وانا ضيفت ٢٥٠ دولار ذادو علي البطاقه وبيجيلي العنوان لاعاده شحنها بصور البطاقه ووصل مرافق وبرضوا مش بتوصل حاليا محتاجه الغي تفعيلها او افعلها لاني بقالي شهر ونص مش هارفه استخدم الفلوس ولا اضيف فلوس ارجو الحل السريع كل لما ببعت لحضرتك بيوصلني جميل وبعدها بصور العنوان وبرضوا مش بتوصل محتاجه الغي تفعيلها واستخدمها وان الفلوس استخدمها في السحب المصرفي
