  • شكراً. تلقيت رسالة بإنتهاء "فحص روتينى للحساب" وبعدها انتقل رصيدى للبطاقة من جديد.

  • أستاذ شريف، لقد قمت فعلاً بإرسال فاتورة كهرباء وهو ما أحاول توجيهك إليه من وقت طويل (رقم مرجعى 201113-008879) وأطلب منك التكرم بالنظر إلى المستند. تحدثت مع خدمة العملاء وأخبرونى بأنه غير مسموح إرسال كشوفات من خلال السكانر! أيضا لا توجد طريقة لإرسال أكثر من ملف واحد لقسم التحقيق. ما العمل؟

  • أستاذ شريف. فاتورة الكهرباء والمياه الاتنين متوفر عليهم تاريخ الإصدار شهر أكتوبر. بالنسبة لكشف الحساب فأسألك، إن كان الكشف صادر عن الفترة من نهاية يونيو وحتى نهاية سبتمبر فكيف يكون أكثر من 3 أشهر وهو المطلوب. كشف الحساب يصدر عن الدورة المحاسبية بعد إنتهائها فقط!

  • I'm not an Upwork user, so i can't advise you on how to halt it, you should contact them, they already have a sense of the ongoing situation. If you're a Paypal user, i think you might have other options of withdrawal depending on where you live (using other cards / US bank account).
