Hi everyone, I want to ask that On of client send me a payment through UK bank transfer but by mistake she put the wrong name on account and what happened Payoneer put on hold my payment and asked me that wrong named person’s identity card. Though I have sent them my personal identity card and correspondence email after client rectifying mistake but didn’t get any response from Payoneer. Can any one tell what they can do now? How much time they can take?😒****
