Temporarily Unavailable Of Private Payment

Dear Talia(Payonner).

I am happy user of payonner.
I has used payonner with freelancer.com. everything was good.

Now, my customer has sent fund to my payonner account by using directly load from his credit card.
This is fee of developing application.

But i has received email from payonner.
" Please be aware that due to service issues, the private payment service will be temporarily unavailable until further notice."

And my load status is "Missing information, please contact Customer Support".
My Payment id is "3558209" on payonner's load list.

Can you help me?

Payonner have issue to directly load from now?
How i can resolve this issue?

    As explained in the e-mail sent to you (and in a message to your My Account page), this is temporary issue with the private payment service to your account.

    There's nothing you need to do, and we expect the service to be available again shortly. We will notify you once it is available.

    I want to ask: this problem is affecting every account or only some? And how long it's supposed to last?

    @JuJu: It's a service issue that may affect some cardholder accounts.

    @lancer2000: While we expect the service to be available within the next several business days, we will notify all cardholders once it's available (or with any updates).

    Yes! Sorry, I forgot to update, the issue was resolved this past Friday.

    Edit: An e-mail should have gone out, though (to any affected accounts)

    Yes, the service issue has been resolved, and the private payment service is once again fully available.
