with first $32: received 8.68, I think it's normal because the $ 20 activation and taxes

second $40: receibed 19.95 this is super exaggerated are charging me 20 DOLLAR I can not explain why

And in my account I have only $ 28

I need an explanation because it is impossible for me to charge so much tax.
Something has happened to my money and I want it.

    I looked into your account for you. What happened was, on your first payment the yearly $20 fee for the US Payment Service was deducted. However, the activation fee was not deducted because there was not enough money in the account. Then with your second payment the activation fee was deducted.
