Have you lost my emails?

Hi, My card has been blocked quite long time ago. I sent all documents required to unblock it, but nothing happened. I tried to contact the customer support but they have not bothered to reply to my emails (LTK481071644937X) at all. It looks like I'm ripped off. Could you help me to sort this issue out?

    Thank you for your reply. So far I have not got any response yet. But I'll wait a little bit longer, hopefully someone is really working on this case. By the way is there any chance you could tell me how long I have to wait? Thank you.
