transfer money to another account issue

hi, I want to transfer money to my brother account, we work together and his card has arrived recently. (it's activated)


The problem is that when i try to sen money to his account, after filling the mail field a wierd message appear:


X Details provided are invalid, please try again. You have 2 more tries before your account will be locked.




I have used my account a couple of times already and never had a problem.


The amount was 50 dollars.


His account has not US Payment service active yet. But i dont believe thats the problem.


Any clue?
