Bad News Lost My Card

Hello staff some day before I apply for a Payoneer Service until now I am very excited very much happy on

 

Payoneer service and Staff is very helpfull

 

some hour before I go shopping at the market for Eid and there I lost my card I Search a lot in the market but found nothing

 

I am very much worry  I am requesting for another card to Payoneer and move my balance to new card as quick as 

 

possible i try to call payoneer staff but number is not working for me

 

I Have My Account Access I Already email the Payoneer Staff

 

 

Sorry i posted on the forum becouse of quick action

 

i know forum is not the correct place

    An e-mail is not quick enough in this case, since it can take up to 2 days for support to reply.

    You must immediately call the number I gave you when your card is lost or stolen - if you don't report it immediately through this number this could cause problems later on if your card is used by someone else and you want to dispute.

    Hi @Romi Thanks you again when I lost my card i try to make a phone call, but number did not work for me

     
    I mail via contact us form and after just a few hours my card block thanks you Payoneer to answer quickly
     
    and now I'm on the way to get my new card
