Payoneer card application declined and still no response

I have applied for my Payoneer account and unfortunately my application was declined , though I`ve entered every bit of information precisely and accurately . Then I contacted the live support and they sent me an email asking for my ID and who I intend to receive payments from . I did exactly what they asked . Then they sent me a reply :

 

 

 

Dear Ibnul Jaif,

Thank you for sending us the documents we requested. We have transferred your documents to our Account Approval Department for further processing.

You will be notified by email of the status of your application.

 

 

 

And that was 9 Days ago and still waiting for the reply .
