Dispute for Services Not Rendered

I paid a Payoneer customer using my MasterCard for a service (no need to go into detail about the type of service it was). The service was not performed and the service provider has since "disappeared." 


Do I have any dispute rights through MasterCard or the bank that issued my credit card?

What is Payoneer's position on this? Will Payoneer help me get my money back from their customer. Thier customer basically ran away with my money, without performing the service he promised.


All advice is greatly appreciated.

    This is indeed a situation we don't like to hear about - please contact our support department regarding this and we would like to investigate and see what we can do.
