    I understand your frustration, however please keep in mind that Payoneer has strict procedures and regulations that we must adhere to, in order to ensure the financial security of both Payoneer and our cardholders. This is a request to change account details, and as such we must follow certain procedures.

    I can see that your request was transferred to the appropriate department, and is being reviewed. I also see your pending request for the US Payment Service.

    We will notify you as soon as there is an update.

    Of course :) All pending inquiries are logged to your account, and the representative reviewing your US Payment Service application will be able to see that you have submitted a request to update your date of birth.
