ATM problem


I'd tried to withdraw using my card in local ATM. But I had input wrong pin 3x. The ATM didn't "swallow" my card though, but it said "your card has been rejected" (or was it blocked? I don't remember).


1. Should I contact customer service? 

2. Can I still use my card?

3. Should I change my PIN?


Btw, can I use my card on any ATM as long it has the Mastercard logo?

    Hi Ben,


    After multiple failed cash withdrawal attempts due to an incorrect PIN the card will be disabled for use for 24 hours. This is a security precaution. 


    If you forgot your PIN, you should contact our support department in order to reset it. You can use the card to make purchases at any ATM worldwide that accepts MasterCard.

    i've had this problem several times before but that is nothing to do but to wait for 24 hours

    no need to change PIN no need to worry ..


    just wait 24 hours then go to even the same machine and make sure you entering correct PIN and that is it

    @Robiak, precisely. I'm able to cash out on the next day. Thanks man.


    @Nissim, no I don't forgot my PIN, just type in wrong sequences. Thanks a lot man.
