#MA104 Why?

The only reason why I am writing here because I can't contact Payoneer thourgh their website (there is no "send email" button...).
I registered my account about 1 hour ago. The main thing is that 5 minutes ago I made an order of Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard®. 3 minutes ago I recieved a message (My recent application for a Prepaid MasterCard® has been declined). Just after that, when I tried to log into my account I got this message: Account Blocked! (#MA104) Please contact customer support.
Please, help me! My account has been blocked just for no reason!

    If you believe this is an error, please contact support - we had a technical issue with the email form yesterday and it is now solved.
