Screenshot of store for US Payment Service.

Hi Payoneer,
I have received an email asking to provide a screenshot of my Amazon Store and my store link. I have prepared the required materials. However when i submit it in your contact center. I was always prompting an error.
And i did also replied the email sent in to my mail box.
My support ticket is LTK12153010060667X
Can you please help me to follow up on this?
