Password Reset Request

Hi,
I just received my card today but i was unable to login to my account as i have forgotten my password. When i tried resetting it, the system keeps telling me that the details i provided are incorrect. I already check the activation email that i received before and i can't find out what's wrong with the reset password process. Is there anyone who's willing to help? It will be greatly appreciated.
