Received Card Today, But Forgot Password

Recently received Payoneer card. I forgot password.
I received Payoneer card via regular mail. I found that I had forgotten the password I initially set. I changed the password, and it was done successfully. However, I am unable to log in my account. I Emailed customer Support three days ago (Ticket# LTK529016676690X). However, I didn't receive any message so far. How can I activate my card?
