When Wil My Card Get Aproval?

I have Been patiently waiting for the aproval of my card request for the past two weeks with no hope of aproval..when will it get aprove i need help please. here is my refference Number  
3428533. Thank you payoneer and keep up the good work..i want my testimony to be next.
