Validation Of Payment Is Too Slow

And at the least immensely aggravating

I don't know what you guys are doing up there, but if you really hate clients, you are genuinely showing it.

For a client I do a lot of work lately and he is happy to pay me for it through Payoneer. However, Payoneer is making a mess out of things with their validation protocol.
This client wants to pay me several thousands of dollars a month because I am fixing some highly specialistic projects for him.

Recent events are that he paid me through Payoneer, on Tuesday, and the money got stalled for validation. then to my surprise, a day later we got a message that he needs to send a copy of his creditcard and government issued ID card. Which we did promptly. Up to today (thursday) payoneer still claims not to have received that information, which he sent with CCing me, so I know that is a blatant lie from the validation department. Even I myself sent the information again and still they claim not to have received it.

I am quite sure (as I am an IT specialist) that e-mail works pretty much the same all over the world and that something else is going on with validation.

Seriously people, you are charging a fee here, which should cover the costs of the transfer. What you are doing now is charging the creditcard immediately, stalling the payment for a few days effectively getting interest from the money and charging a fee on top of it. I have no problems with either a fee or waiting a few days so you can skim interest from moneytransfers for costs, but both? That is close to theft and at the very least unprofessional and dishonest towards your customers.

We are now thinking of other ways to deal with this situation, like him opening a separate checking account in my name and sending me the ATM card for it so it will be cheaper and faster to pay me.

Think about it guys, you are not the only ones offering this creditcard services and there are also many other solutions out there. Can you really afford to treat clients as if they were stupid like Customer support did to me yesterday and still have a job in a few years? Imagine who is paying your wages. It's not your bosses, it's US! The customers!
