I 've Forgot My Payoneer Account's Password

hi , i've recieved my payoner card its been 4 days , but i forgt my password and security question to login my account and also i can't rest my password..
so what can i do ? and how can access my account to continue the Step 3: Delivery . AND activate my card .
i sent 3 messages to support team and no answer .. pls if you can help me as soon as possible reset my password
my reference number in your system is: 1436310
and the last 4 last digits of my card is: 7866
and you if you need any information plz contact me ..i will send you.

    If you have forgotten your password and security question/answer, you need to contact our customer support department live to resolve the issue.

    You can reach them via telephone and live chat at http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx. They are available Sunday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST.

    i sent 3 emails but no one answered me..
    and the live chat does not work .. i tried many times i think there is a prob on the site..
    teh live chat redirect me to http://www.liveperson.com/products-services/lp-chat
    can you give the direct link to chat ?
    please help im really bored..6 days now, no answer and nobody fixd my problem
    so what can i do ? there is no need for the my payonner card if i can't access to my account..

    yes i received a replay yesterday , so i send them the my details .. and i'm still wating for them to fix my problem
