Validation Of Payment

Too slow and no answer from support
Good day!

I had a private payment at 04/19/2012. You requested some information about the payment from loader, as I know loader sent this information to you, but load status is still “ Missing information, please contact Customer Support”. I also wrote to support through html form about this situation some days ago but still have no answer.

Yesterday i wrote e-mail with similar text but it also wasn't answered.

I just want to clarify situation with payment. Could you answer me on my requests instead of silence?
