Had trouble seeing balance after logging in?

I signed into my mobile app 1-20-14 on my iPhone 5C after I logged in , when I clicked submit under my card instead of showing my balance it showed N/A. I then logged in on my PC
And all was normal. Payoneer customer service
Asked me to report problem here. Thanks
