    Hello,

    On the 4th of feb I first ordered a payoneer card, and since then I've reordered on three ocasiones (after receiving this instruction from payoneer by email). Today being the 7th of July I still havent received the card...Last friday I tried withdrawing the money to my account by means of transferring directly to my account. The account was verified but each time I try and transfer money from the card by firstly changing currency the website issues a "something went wrong, try again later" message. This same message has appeared each time over the last days... I am requesting your assistance because I have been struggling with this issue since the 4th of February....

    Hi, I have been trying to withdraw fund from my Payoneer account using my Payoneer card but it is showing invalid transaction contact your bank. Please what should I do?

    The same here it happens in ATM and in point of sale i've got a timeout. Please help

    It's always a problem with the PIN code. In most of the cases this is the reason for not being able to withdraw money.

    @safeersunny We can see that your card is already enabled for us and we also do not see any recent declines. This could mean that the ATM/bank you are trying to withdraw from simply does not accept this card for transactions. We advise you to check out the link our team provided you to see which ATM's near you you would be able to withdraw from

    Today, I again use me card in atm which is facilitating the master card service this arm detect 1$ charges my account and after that showed error this account is invalid. Why this is happening?
