Private Load Problem

Hello. I have a problem with private load from my customer.
First it was set as "Missing information, please contact Customer Support"
But now it is "Rejected by payoneer security department"

What should I do?

    You are seeing this message because of a temporary service issue that affects some loaders, unfortunately including the loader in question. We hope to have this issue resolved soon..

    This issue in no way affects partner payments to your card (funds sent from any of our partners) or card usage, only a small number of private payments from certain loaders.

    I do apologize for the inconvenience, and assure you that we're working hard to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

    As customer support said we will notify you once the issue is fixed.

    I hope you'd fix it soon. It hasn't worked for me for 2 weeks.

    When is it gonna be fixed approximately? It has not been working for about 2 weeks.
