Bank Account Issue
I applied for an account for GlobalBankTransfer based on recommendation from the support of one of your reputable partner sites.
It's almost a week my application got delayed because we're back and forth on my bank issue. Your support kept telling me to upload my bank statement that shows my bank code but after I did, the info is not sufficient and I don't know what else to upload.
Please advise what should I do to be approved. I understand that all info must be checked and verified to ensure my money goes to my bank account but if I've done what I requested to do.
And also also a lot of people from my country, Indonesian, have Payoneer account and since my bank is one of the largest bank, I'm sure a lot of the members use my bank too.
I'll look forward to the solution and I don't know the reference number is sensitive info or not so I didn't write it here but I can PM it to the person who in charge for support.
