No response from PayoneerReference number: LTK529010148089X
Previously I was using a Payoneer Card from oDesk.com and it was disabled for extended period of inactivity. Now I am active at oDesk.com and Elance.com. Last week I have received a New Payoneer Master Card from Elance.com. Now I have funds and more coming at oDesk.com. I contacted to customer support to cancel the old card (Disabled) and merge the oDesk.com account with new card (Elance.com).
A reply came seeking my information regarding a secret code which was sent to my ACTIVE account and my Date of Birth. I replied Payoneer with necessary information and there is still no response. I am unable to use the funds at oDesk.com...in a great problem.
