Pin Reset

Help reseting the pin of my card
Even so i clearly set my pin number yesterday, when i was activating my card, today i don't seemed to be able to withdraw funds from the atm due to wrong pin number.
When i tried resetting the pin i found out that i can not.
I've tried your live support but it redirects me here http://www.payoneer.com/EmailForm.aspx, and when i post a ticket all i get is an automated response with the steps i already know, and quite frankly it is frustrating.

Any help?

    Do you have a ticker number (starts with LTK) from when you attempted to contact customer support?

    David just one question, how long does it takes before someone contacts me?
    Or if you don't know then a rough estimate of the time required.

    Usually customer supports takes 2-3 business days to answer a ticker.

    Please note, we cannot reset a PIN via e-mail. For anyone looking to reset a PIN, they need to contact CS live, either via telephone or live chat.

    If you would like we can have a customer support manager call you to reset the PIN.
