No answer from support in 3 weeks

Hi guys,

 

I am a bit dissapointed for not recieving a mail from you in 3 weeks after sending 2 emails about my card not arriving and if it was possible to resend it, either to me or business adress.

 

Who should i contact to get some help?

    I'm sorry you haven't received your card. I cannot seem to find emails from you in our system - do you have a ticket number I can refer to? Starts with LTK and ends with X.
