Problem same to me, Really PayPal no longer accepts Payoneer MasterCard, Mostly users in paksitan are using Payoneer for getting payment from paypal. We all waiting response of payoneer team.

Please note that if your country is not supported, you may be unable to use their service. When using your Payoneer card to purchase online, your billing address is the address listed on your Payoneer account.

In the case of PayPal, they may not accept a debit/credit card with a billing address from Pakistan.

I would suggest receiving payments from companies directly to your Payoneer account, or using an alternate eWallet that supports Pakistan.

Thanks for the response Nissim. But there are some companies that don't support Payoneer but just PayPal, what to do in that situation? 'Cause all the users from Pakistan use Payoneer to receive money from PayPal.

But how it can be like this linking payoneer card to paypal is not a immposible thing.i already done it in past many times but from nowdays people having these problems.anyway the best way to solve this problem is to contact Paypal directly and tell them this issue that you are unable to add card to account then they do some changes to our account and tell us via email that now you will be able to add card and that method in past 100% work for me when i were having problems like this.tell me guys if this work.

Yup i done that thing myself in past when i was getting that error then i got a reply that we have make changes to your account now you can link that card easily.then i try linkng again and thanks God That it works :smile: you could also give it try.its my own experience that i am sharing bro :smile:

Everytime you’re attempting to add the card ending in xx28, we were not receiving any response from your card company's end. I'd highly suggest to please contact your card issuer first to make sure that everything on their end is good and then kindly re-add the card. It should go through this time.

Yep, I know that it's not working because of the billing address, and I also received an auto survey message from Payoneer yesterday, and I replied with more details. I'm just gonna wait now.

I want to add My Payoneer MasterCard, as a payment method at an eCommerce online store, So that my customers can pay through their debit or credit cards. I've seen this option at many online stores, So I think its possible through any setup of mastercard.us company. Please tell me, Is there any method available to accept online payments at my Payoneer account or MasterCard?

Payoneer Card for Paypal withdrawal is not recommended because billing address varies on both accounts. Virtual Credit Card with the same billing address (as in your Paypal profile) will solve your problem. Try getting VCC with longer expiry date and some funds as well in that card.
Caution: While purchasing any VCC, you need to be very careful because about VCC....there are many scams in market.

Well I recently attached my Payoneer card with Paypal about 1 month ago successfully.
My Paypal account is very old and I did verify it through USPS of Payoneer. Didn't feel like removing the limit as I was fine with $500 per month but last month I had to withdraw more so I attached my card without any issues.

The only thing you have to be careful about is the 'YOUR NAME' should be same on card and as well as on Paypal account.

Enjoying unlimited and verified Paypal account since then.

I think you should create another PayPal account and then send that old Paypal account's funds in the new one and connect the new PayPal account with Payoneer to withdraw money. It will resolve your address and location issues.
