Replacement payoneer card for my soon to expire one.

Hello,
My payoneer card is about to expire, at the end of this month, And upon checking my new card status i realize it is still processing waiting for approval. However it has been in the same status for the past 2 months and have no idea why it has taken so long to be shipped. My current card is expiring this month and i would be concerned if i was left with no replacement card to pursue my purchases. I have sent several emails to customer support with no answer besides we will get back to you within 3 business days. This is my ticket number : LTK1216101558532X
