Help - Need old application deleted (so I can start a new one with 2CO)

Is there a way to expedite the removal of our old application?
It's in the system (just called today), but I am really in a rush to update a new application through my 2checkout business account.
• 2 years ago we applied to Payoneer through 2checkout (but did NOT finish the process).
• Now I'd like to connect 2CO with a card, but the old application was in my wife's name.
• We are just waiting on the review department to delete that old application so I can start a new one.
I can supply any details here if it will help to get this moving faster :thumbsu:
