can not use the card on "ioffer.com"

i tried to use the payoneer card on www.ioffer.com to get verified in order to become a seller. somehow, it show the "

Authorization denied. Contact your credit issuer if you need further assistance.

 

"

I tried many times, it doesnot work at all. 

anyone could help?

Please make sure the site accepts prepaid debit MasterCard. If you have funds on your card you shouldn't have any trouble.
