Need Help With My Card & Account

Hi,

I got an approval email (15 may 2012) and estimated arrival for the card is 16 june 2012 (yesterday), then :

1. I haven't receive the card and have you send it?
2. I live in Indonesia, what services do you use to send a card to my country?
3. I lost my password and when I want to reset my password it required card number while I have not received the card. How to I can get my card number and how I can access my account?

    Hi,

    I've checked your account, and can confirm that the card was successfully issued and shipped. Cards are shipped via standard mail. It's likely that it was delayed in your local postal system; if you do not receive it within the next few days please PM me with a confirmation of your shipping address.

    You will be able to reset your account password once you've received the physical card.
