My Payoneer card is expired. but i still can not see "Renew Card" option on the website.

I've contacted customer support via email but no reply till today. Ticket # LTK1216102476088X

please help me...

    my Payoneer master card will be expired next month, but so far I have not got any link to renew my card.

    Receiving the automated reply is completely normal. While it does help the Payoneer representative get additional information to resolve your inquiry, at times the automated email may not be related to your specific question.

    Even if that is the case, it is important that you reply to the automated response so the ticket can be redirected to the next available Payoneer represetnative to assist you with your submitted ticket.

    If you are unable to order the replacement card from your account, you will need to contact Payoneer support for assistance in the reorder.
    Keep in mind, that you need to be recently active in receiving payments or have an active balance before a new card will be ordered for you a no additional cost.

    Hi @Anwer In such a case when the card is expired and you have not received a payment, you will also not see the option to renew the card. We advise you to first receive a payment into your Payoneer card and then contact our support team so they can assist you in ordering a new card

    Unfortunately, your account is part of our old card account programs.

    You will need to create a new Payoneer account with a new email.

    This will ensure, you have the latest updates and features Payoneer has to offer.
