"Withdraw to local bank account "option not enabled in my account

Hello dear, I was informed couple of months ago that within some days the "witdraw fund to local bank account" option will be enabled in your account. still the option has not enabled in my account.
can you please check what happened?

    I'd like to add that option in my account. I am a very old Payoneer Card holder, it's my 4th year with Payoneer - Can I apply for it as a Pakistani user?

    Thank you for your interest in our Withdrawal to Bank Account Service! This is a new service we introduced as a pilot program a little while ago. It's currently not available for all our account holders/ in your country and we're just testing it right now. We hope to open up the option and enable the service for more people in the near future. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
