Negative balance

Hello today I went to the post office to put money on my visa card. but somehow the post office's employee has told me your balance is negative $-221.60, after that went to home and i logged on my account to see if that really happened, unfortunately it showed me the same as post offices employees said to me,and now I am very frustrated ! it is unfair like having a negative balance while you did nothing, and I knew before creating this visa it cant be used without putting money in the visa, it is really annoying !! any solution to this issue?

    Hello my fellow payoneer user!

     

    We're on the same situation, i got charged twice for 3 payments that i did!

     

    I was on -400$ balance now -175$ , i hope i'm getting my money back soon or i will be forced to take legal actions against this rip off!
