Hi - your old bank details are fine and will work, don't worry.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the PayPal payment to go through to your Payoneer balance.

If you log in to your Payoneer account, under the tab "receive money" you should see the USPS option to get the bank details.

Hi Romi, thanks for reverting. Do you have an idea when will this be roll out to members in Asia? So far I have not received any notification about this. Apart from this, when I check in my US Payment service, it is still showing FCB instead of BOA. Hopefully this will be roll out to my side soon as I need to activate withdrawal from Paypal to make payment for fees on Payoneer.

    Hi,

Please note that we've recently updated our USPS details. You can read about the update here: http://community.payoneer.com/index.php?/topic/12006-official-faqs-for-the-us-payment-service-update/

Part of this update was to change the bank details from FCB to Bank of America.

    Hello,

I have Singapore paypal Account & when I try to add my new USPS bank account details here,it shows only account type (current and Savings), not mention about checking account,

let me know that the meaning of both current account & checking account are same one?

    Thanks,

  • RomiRomi Community Manager Member Posts: 2,542 ✭✭✭

    Hi,

Your PayPal account must have the option to add a US bank account and also allow US ACH transfers in order to successfully use the USPS details in it. I suppose current would be the right option since it is not a savings account.

Please see the attached screen shot.

    Hi,

Please note that in order to link your Payoneer with PayPal, you must have funds on your Payoneer card. If you have no funds it will not work for you since PayPal won't be able to charge the verification amount

If you have funds and still unable to verify the account - please contact PayPal directly.

    Hi,

I've been having some trouble linking my Paypal account to Payoneer through the US Payment Service. I read some relevant topics here in the forum, and now I'm even more confused!

I registered to Payoneer to use the card with my work payments in Paypal. I don't currently have income through any Payoneer partners.

In many posts, Romi has mentioned that to successfuly link Paypal, you need to already have some funds in the Payoneer account, to perform a Paypal test transaction.

As far as I understand, I can't perform a direct transfer to my Payoneer account/card from a bank account, so the only... compatible funds I have are trapped in my Paypal account. What is the way out of this? How can I put some money in the account? Have I misunderstood something? :(

Thanks in advance for the help!

    Hi,

You understood everything correctly. Indeed, I see how this situation is puzzling. Unfortunately, we're not affiliated with PayPal and cannot change or ask to change their terms and rules. They require a verification charge which we cannot have removed - thus you must have a bit of money on your Payoneer account. I'm afraid we cannot offer a way "around this".

Thanks Romi for clearing this up for me.

I understand that you can't change Paypal's practices, but is there any way you can help make this work for me in your end? Is there any way I can transfer funds to my Payoneer card from a bank account or other debit card to go through this process?

As I said, I don't have any funds in any of your partners, so I don't really have any other way to add money to the card.

Or is a Payoneer/Paypal-only combo unusable in the end?

Thank you in advance for your advice, whatever it is, although I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we can make it work. :-)

    Hi,

I'm afraid I can't offer any solution to this matter. It's something many account holders stumble upon.

I can only suggest maybe trying to contact PayPal directly and asking to verify the account without a verification fee - it might work. Worth a try.

Amount to Load: $417.23 (applicable fees will apply)
Loader details: Payoneer Direct Deposit Payroll

I've withdrawn these two payment from PayPal on 23rd and 24th December.

But they are currently waiting for approval.

I've signed up for US Payment Service earlier this year.

Also, transfering payment from PayPal since 4th October, 2013.

But never faced such an issue.

    But on 30th Dec, I got an email from Payoneer Account Approval Department (LTK12153010497467X);

    asking for

    1. A full screenshot of your Paypal incoming payments history page
    2. Invoices of your freelance work or any additional info that may help us establish your line of work

But the message also states that, "My US Payment Service is not yet verified and would like to assist me in verifying the service."

But, in my Payoneer account, it is clearly stated that,

Questionnaire: Submitted   ID Documents Uploaded: Approved

I've replied to the email with all necessary screenshots yestarday.

But, I didn't get any response yet.

At this moment, I'm running low at funds and waiting for those payments.

I'd like to add that, I've got another payment incoming from PayPal.

Please check the issue and let me know, by when I can get those payments loaded.

Thanks in advance for the support.

Today, I got a reply from Payoneer Account Approval Department, asking for details about a transaction with a specific person.

I've provided necessary explanation and supporting proof of the transaction nature with that person.

Now, I still don't know, what will be the consequences of the process.

Now my question is, I bring payment through US Payment Service from PayPal to Payoneer.

Now it may happen that, one of my relative sent me $50 for festival gift.

So, US Payment service will not allow to transfer my rest of the payments for that $50 personal transaction?

I may withdraw $400 form PayPal including that small amount of personal transaction.

So, is it right to hold my complete $400 transfer from PayPal to Payoneer for a small personal transaction?

I'm in the process of adding my USP account to processors like Square, Intuit etc.  It has been stated that the USP account is for payments only and attempts for debit may result in problems with the account.

With that being said, Square, Paypal, Intuit have bank verification processes that require microdeposits as well as withdrawing the deposit back out to ensure that in the event of refunds, they will be able to debit the bank account to cover it.  Which is all understandable and necessary but how are they whitelisted to be used with the USP?  Knowing that USP does not allow debits, only payments and also knowing that some of the processors require the ability to withdraw from the bank account in order to added as a verified bank account?

    Hello Isaac,

    Thanks for sharing the info.

I had verified my PayPal earlier.

But when I got a chance to add my First Century Bank and Bank of America's account with PayPal, I did that instantly.

But in both cases, I had to confirm the bank account before there were enabled for payment transfer from PayPal to US Payment Service.

    But, thanks anyway.

Just be informed that, it didn't work for me :fpc:

    Hello,

I'm using US Payment Service to receive payments from PayPal to Payoneer for last few months.

Thanks to Payoneer on that note :goodjob:

I know that, I can't add my First Century Bank or Bank of America's account to load payment to PayPal.

That may also result my PayPal to be un-verified.

Now, I'm thinking about adding my Payoneer Debit Card to PayPal as backup payment method.

    And I did that too.

Now I'd like to know, will there be any situation, if PayPal charges my Payoneer card for any kind of payment?

I don't want to make my PayPal un-verified before I know what will be the consequence of following that road.

I hope, I'll get a perfect solution. :phew:

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Since Payoneer is not a bank and the USPS details you have are not a regular bank account, you don't have monthly statements that you can view/download on the Payoneer site. Perhaps we can help out with this in another way - please contact customer support for assistance: http://www.payoneer.com/contactus.aspx

    Hi,

The verification process with micro-deposits is perfectly fine. This doesn't count as drawing money from the USPS and sending it elsewhere.

Don't worry - you can link your USPS details with PayPal, Skrill, etc.

Adding the USPS details (as a bank) and adding the debit card as a payment method are two different services.

If you add your Payoneer card to PayPal and pay through it on different sites, it has nothing to do with the US Payment Service. It's true that with the USPS you can only withdraw payments to Payoneer and not use the bank details to send out payments.

    Ok.  Thanks for clarifying that.

Now I'm wondering why the Square verificating process fail on my end today.  I assumed Square was not able to withdraw the microdeposit from the account.

I'll try adding it again and see what happens.

    Hello,

My name is Milena and I come from the Republic of Macedonia. Unfortunately, Paypal is not available in my country and I had to find some alternative methods to receive money online (I work as a freelance translator) and to make online payments (especially on eBay). Therefore, I used to have 2 verified Paypal account with debit cards from foreign banks in my country, and I registered as a citizen of Bulgaria and Slovenia. However, after a while, Paypal blocked my accounts (and literally prevented me to withdraw the money that left on the accounts), just because I live in a country where they do not operate, and I could not prove that I live in either Bulgaria or Slovenia!

Today I found out that Payoneer Master card is an excellent way of having a verified Paypal account. However, before I purchase this card, I would like to know whether there is a guarantee that I am not going to have problems with Paypal. Should I open a US Paypal account and state the USA as a country of residence or? Shoule I state my real name when registering for a new Paypal account (because they have already blocked 2 of my Paypal accounts and I guess my name and especially my specific surname are on their "black list")?

Please advise as soon as possible!

    Thank you in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Milena

    Hi,

I have just been approved for a Payoneer account and I tried adding it to my Paypal account after receiving my Acc# and Routing# and I received an error message each time I did. The message in substance just says the request was unsuccessful and that I should "try again at a later date". No I have not received the card as yet since all this happened within the past 24 hours and I am in South Africa. Some light would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please note that the Payoneer card is not a way to bypass PayPal's policy. If PayPal cannot offer their services in Maceonia, having the Payoneer card won't help with that or go around that.

You can sign up for a Payoneer card and receive payments either from companies we work with (partners) or through the US Payment Service (but not PayPal).

Hi, I have a question.  I see that you have updated the USPS bank to BOA from FCB.  Now I had previously setup FCB in paypal, and that setup is currently active and in place from Paypal.  I initiated a small transfer of funds to Payoneer from Paypal.

I had tried to add a new bank account and got the dreaded "cannot add bank account at this time message" but there has been no interruption from paypal with my FCB account setup, although I had actually not used that previously in paypal, but was planning to do that now.

So my question is, in reading another FAQ, you state (payoneer that is) that the old bank details will remain active and that this can still be used and to use the new bank details with new companies that I setup for payment services.

So when paypal sends the money from paypal to payoneer, will that money be put to my payoneer account ok, using the original FCB bank details?

I read also that to get new bank account setup with paypal, that I have to contact paypal to set that up manually by calling them... this I suppose I can do, but would rather not have to deal with it, so if I can continue to use the original FCB bank that I already have setup with Paypal, that would be ideal.

Thank you in advance for your information, and if you need further information from me, please let me know.  Thank you.

p.s. with the FCB bank details, this is coming from business paypal account, verified already from supported paypal country.

It should work without a problem - from now on, when adding new sites/services, please use the BofA details.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the payment to load on Payoneer.

    Hey there,

I am having a hard time adding my Payoneer account (the USPS details) into my Paypal account, so that I can withdraw Paypal funds onto my Payoneer card.

Whenever I try to add my USPS details to my Paypal account, I get the following error message from Paypal:

We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

I've noticed similar threads on the forums, but in all cases the problem was that people tried to link the bank account details while having no funds in their Payoneer account. This isn't the case here, as I have quite an amount of money available.

Is there some kind of approval process required? Do I need to do something special except for filling in the USPS details?

    Thanks!

  • RomiRomi Community Manager Member Posts: 2,542 ✭✭✭

    Hi,

As you've seen, you indeed have to have funds on the card in order to link PayPal with Payoneer.

If you have funds, please contact PayPal directly and they will be able to assist you manually and help you add the bank details.

Few days ago, I registered bidvertiser.com for advertising my blogs, but before that it gave an option first to connect the account with paypal so that next time when free balance is over; the site can then automatically withdraw it from my paypal balance. I thought as my paypal balance is already zero, there's nothing wrong to connect. after a few days i forgot to pause my ad then i received email from paypal that the payment is in pending. i tried to cancel the payment but couldn't. Then paypal tried to deduct the amount from my Payoneer account but there also the balance was zero.

For quite a long time my paypal account was connected with payoneer account and became a verified. But I never had a chance to withdraw to payoneer account. And now after this issue my paypal became unattached to my payoneer account and its written to get verified. Im so upset what to do now as i've already tried to add the same bank account but it refused telling me that its wrong details.

Please help me, how can i get my paypal verified again with my first century account?

If somehow i try to get balance in my payoneer account, will paypal be able to accept that account again ??

    Hi,

Unfortunately as this is solely a PayPal issue, we cannot assist with this. I suggest you contact PayPal directly.

Regarding receiving funds on Payoneer, there are two main ways to get payments on your card:

    1. Partners (sites/businesses we work with)
    2. US Payment Service (a service which allows you to receive payments from many approved US companies such as PayPal, Amazon, eBay and more)

You could try re-adding your USPS details once you have funds on the card.

    Hi,

Please note that PayPal transfers may take up to 7 business days to appear on Payoneer. This is not because of us, it's simply that these types of transfers can take time, depending on country and load processes.

    Hi

I signed up on Payoneer and received account details of an account on First Choice. I used it to verify my PayPal account. Now I want to withdraw some funds from PayPal to Payoneer. I checked my Payoneer account today and noticed Bank of America with a routing number and bank account number under US Payment Services optioin at the top in My Account.

I have First Choice account in PayPal and Bank of America account on Payoneer. I am confused, where should I withdraw my funds from PayPal inorder to receive them in Payoneer and use its MasterCard.

    Please any advice.

Your old USPS bank details are still valid and will work. You can withdraw PayPal funds through these details and it will reach your Payoneer account. When adding new services/sites, please use the new BofA details.

Is Payoneer also becoming like PayPal?

With no replies from relevant department just closed my USPS and sent my $1400 back to my PayPal account who is anyways a fraud company but we have to use them as we have no option. Why is Payoneer doing this? I made a thread earlier which was deleted as Payoneer was scared that there other customers will get to know about them. Why is this happening? I was a happy Payoneer customer but now  I am not. They wanted my client's eBay profile screenshot for which I told them to wait until he came online but they didn't and they closed my USPS service but still I sent it to them and still no responses from them. I was on live chat with Joshua from Payoneer and he told me that they will respond and I asked him will they respond If I call them? He is like I will get the same response.
What is going on with Payoneer? Why are they doing this? I have not broken any rules or anything. They say that I am using another guy's account to send payment to USPS but that is not true. I am receiving payments from him to my PayPal account as he is my client. I sell Products to him and he sells them on eBay. I proved that also to Payoneer but still no response from them.

@Nissim @Romi @Talia None of them have helped me even after emailing them.

    Hi,

You can receive payments before receiving the card itself. PayPal payments may take up to 7 business days to appear in your balance.

Regarding your card arrival dates - sorry to see it has yet to arrive. If it doesn't arrive by April 12, please contact support to issue a new card: http://www.payoneer.com/contactus.aspx

You will need the US Payment Service in order to withdraw from PayPal to Payoneer: http://community.payoneer.com/index.php?/topic/1948-what-is-the-us-payment-service-how-does-it-work/

Please note that in order to link your Payoneer with PayPal, you must have funds on your Payoneer card. If you have no funds it will not work for you since PayPal won't be able to charge the verification amount

If you have funds and still unable to verify the account - please contact PayPal directly.

    Hi,

I'm sorry again, about the situation.

We've deleted the threads since we were discussing this privately with you over e-mails and private forum messages, and didn't see the need to have it posted all over the forum.

As mentioned in our emails and messages, unfortunately we've disabled your US Payment service and cannot reinstate it. You won't be able to use it.

    Hello,

I got my USPS account associated with my Paypal account by calling Paypal customer service and they entered it for me.  I then withdrew $61.92 to my Bank of America (BOA) account on 9/4.  On 14/4 the funds were returned to my Paypal account because of a "technical problem".  I then spent an entire day on the telephone speaking to Paypal and Payoneer customer support and finally verified that Paypal had entered the correct bank account details.  I have now withdrawn the $61.92 to the USPS for a second time and am witing for the funds to either be credited to my Payoneer account or be returned again.

I have also researched the Payoneer forum, found and contacted another Payoneer customer who is successfully using his Payoneer USPS account with Paypal UK.  The only differance between our account setups is that he is using a First Century Account for his USPS and I am using BOA.

I am now convinced that the problem is occurring either at BOA or Payoneer.  I even tried speaking to BOA Corporate ACH (the branch associated with the routing number) but they would not speak to me because they had no means of identifying me...

So now I'd like to get proactive and ask since I expect the withdrawl to the USPS is going to be returned that you guys investigate at your end if/when this happens.

    Many thanks in advance,

    John Bizeray

    Hi John,

We have many account holders around the world using their US Payment Service with BoA to receive payments (including account holders from the UK). Please keep me updated once the payment arrives, and if there are any issues please send me a DM and I will be happy to assist.

In addition, support for the US Payment Service can only currently be given by Payoneer, as it is only a collection account and not an actual bank account.

    Hi Nassim,

I have sent you a PM with the following attachments:

    1.  A pdf containing my Payoneer USP profile.

    2.  A copy of the returned Paypal transaction.

I cannot begin to describe how inconvenient not being able to withdraw funds from Paypal is - I have been stuck now for over a week.  I am sure you understand that waiting around for 5 days for the latest transaction to succeed or be reversed is going to cause problems.

Please can you confirm everything is OK at the Payoneer end, and, explain why the original transaction was reversed?

    Many thanks in advance,

    John Bizeray

My card was blocked, and I didn't notice and I went ahead and made a withdrawal from my paypal account.

This was done on May 14th and on May 15th it said completed on Paypal's end today May 20th when I

checked my paypal I see where the funds were reversed with this message "The withdrawal to your bank account

could not be completed because of a technical problem. The money has been returned to your PayPal account"

Is it because my card was blocked why payoneer did not receive the withdrawal and it was reversed?

  • RomiRomi Community Manager Member Posts: 2,542 ✭✭✭

Yes, when the card is blocked you cannot receive payments using the US Payment Service. The payment was reversed and will be back in your PayPal account within 7 business days.

Yes Guys as the topic suggest it still works...

OK so i am from middle east and i have a PayPal account.

so i wanted to verify it.. now there are two ways of verifying it by bank account or debit/credit card.

and my PayPal account only allows linking of US Bank account because i think i am in the middle east. tats y.. and maybe they don't support PayPal to local bank transfer in the middle east.

anyway so I Entered the details for the us payment service but when i clicked enter it said

you cannot add a bank account at this time..

Now A common solution to the above problem is to go to contact us (i.e PayPal) by email.. then pick the appropriate topic

and send them a message that i am trying to add first century Bank as my bank account but PayPal is giving me the

you cannot add a bank account at this time.. Error.

    Please resolve this issue.

after just few minutess they will send u a message that dear sir i have made the adjustments to your account and now you can add your bank account.

and voila add the bank details correctly and after 2-3 days PayPal will send you two deposits to your payoneer account.

    :):)

A friend of mine had issues with adding bank to Paypal. This is the response he got back.

    Thank you for contacting PayPal.

This is XXXXXX, your Account Specialist for today. I hope you are doing well.

Mr. XXXXXX, I can see that your bank account was processed through Payoneer. Please be advised that we just had an update that effective immediately, as a security measure, we will no longer process transactions to bank accounts from Payoneer regardless of the country the customer resides in. This must be the reason that you were getting an error message when in you tried to withdraw funds.

For security reasons, we cannot disclose as to why we can no longer transact with Payoneer. Please try to add a different US bank account.

    What next?
  • RomiRomi Community Manager Member Posts: 2,542 ✭✭✭
Unfortunately it seems that PayPal is not allowing you to add the US Payment Service to your account.

I would suggest contacting them and requesting assistance with adding a new bank account.

If they do not allow you to add this service, you will be unable to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer. Please note that Payoneer is not associated with PayPal, and any withdrawal requests would be subject to PayPal rules and regulations.

This is huge, did Payoneer get notification of this from Paypal? For a lot of us non-US residents the only reason we got Payoneer and USPS was to use Paypal, if Paypal doesn't allow Payoneer anymore that would render Payoneer pretty much useless for us. That sucks.

It says "will no longer process transactions". Does that mean users with already linked accounts will be affected too? I have a payment pending here which means it already went through Paypal (made on July 8th), so it seems it works but who knows, maybe I got lucky.

I thinks it depends on the country you reside. Some countries like US doesn't need a debit/credit card for verification so if you live in this country this is where USPS applies, that's why small deposits is needed in order to verify paypal while other countries needs a debit/credit card first for paypal verification before they add USPS to withdraw funds.

I believe that has nothing to do with it.

That actually happened before too, you have to contanct them and they will call you back giving you instructions on how to do it, they have to unlcok something on your account for the process to work.

You are saying right, I referred Payoneer to thousands of users who were unable to use Paypal because it didn't support their country. If this happens, Payoneer and Paypal both will loose a huge quantity of customers. My referrers are using Payoneer just because they have no choice rather than Paypal to accept payments. It is a horrible step from Paypal and Payoneer should try to communicate with Payoneer with this issue.

I have already applied for a withdrawal from Paypal to Payoneer. Hope it goes fine.

The problem isn't linking the card, the problem is you won't be able to withdraw funds from that card because you may verify your paypal account using payoneer debit card but it isn't necessary that Paypal would transfer funds to your Debit Card because I haven't seen any option yet in Paypal which allows users to withdraw funds in Payoneer debit card.

Well this happens a lot with new customers. When this happens to my referrals, I advise them to try again at different date and they successfully complete the process. Well today I also tried to add a payoneer bank account 10 hours ago in a fake paypal account just to check the claim being discussed in this thread. I used Payoneer routing number and a fake account number by manipulating some digits of my own Payoneer account number so that I could verify that claim. Well the results were that the process went smoothly and they said they will transfer two amounts in my Bank account to verify its ownership. The bank account was named Bank Of America and the screenshot of account is here.

    15wgc5i.png

I did this after one month of the creation of this thread and also in between this period, I successfully linked my cousin's paypal account with Payoneer. I think that was on 15th of July. I was presuming that this thread has started just today so I replied above questions :p

Well I just checked the creation date of this thread which is 1st july and today is 30th july. So I can think there is no problem using Payoneer with Paypal.
