I think perhaps if you are going to write questions try and find the right gramma as it's difficult to understand you all, sorry not trying to be rude!

Firstly - A Payoneer Staff Member needs to address whether you can link your Payoneer Card to Paypal to pay for online purchases via your Payoneer Card?

Secondly can you transfer money from your Paypal to your Payoneer card or the [My US Payment Service - Bank of America Account that Payoneer Issues Each Member]?

When you add a credit or debit card to PayPal, they will attempt to verify the card by charging a small amount.

As your Payoneer card is prepaid, it needs to be activated and loaded with funds before trying to add it to PayPal, else this verification charge will be declined and you will be unable to add the card.
