Cross border fee refund

OK, I have a Paypal refund, money was credited back to my account minus the 1,8% cross border fee.

I think the refund should cover the entire amount including the cross border fee as the transaction was in USD and there was no currency conversion, otherwise we are paying for nothing here.

This is a debit card ok ? sometimes for a few missing bucks your money balance becomes useless.

    Hi - when a merchant issues a refund to your card, our system will generally process the entire amount. If the cross border charge was also not refunded, please contact our customer support department so that they can check your account and look into it:
